Suspicious male in Cobden Park/Stanley Avenue/Great Salterns

Hello Everyone,

Its PC Jamie Christian here, your local officer and I am after your help.

I am currently investigating a number of suspicious incidents in Cobden Park and along the pathway behind Stanley Avenue/Great Salterns. We have received several reports of a male acting suspiciously in these areas between 08:00 and 08:30.

The male is described as:

White male

30 - 40 years old

around 5ft 3Inches in height

skinny build

medium length ginger beard – but no moustache

Black beanie hat

black trench coat

black trousers

black fingerless gloves on some fingers

few spots on face

a blue mobile phone

Here is how you can help:

Do you recognise this male?

Do you have CCTV cameras that cover either area or any nearby entrances or exits?

Have you witnessed suspicious behaviour like this while out walking in the area?
